Fast Facts & Forms for PTSA Volunteers
- Online Volunteer Criminal History Check (all volunteers at Mac MUST first get clearance from the DPS before the school administration will allow the volunteer access in and around campus facilities.) You will be assigned an ID number when you have been cleared by the DPS. Click here for more info.
- Download a Volunteer Hours Log - use this to log all volunteer hours. Return sheets to the PTSA mailbox in the teacher workroom. The District then records all these hours and our principal and staff use this data to assist in lobbying, justifying and acquiring assistance from the district for our school.
EVERYONE who wants to volunteer MUST have DPS clearance and an ID number.
